Kenshusei School

From July 15-29 2012 is happening our next Kenshusei (uchi deshi school) again conducted by Edward Germanov Sensei. Kenshusei is an intensive training program – experiencing Shugyo in the traditional way. There are trainings every day, at least 6 hour per day – Aikido training, Zen training, training with weapons and exercises for Hara development.

Program purpose: Reaching your individual limits and crossing beyond them through constant training and full commitment. Participants from all nationalities over 18 years old are welcomed.

Where: Tendokan dojo, Sofia, Bulgaria. Tendokan dojo offers kitchen box, Wireless Internet, air-conditioning, luxurious dressing rooms and bathrooms.
